We extrude EPE foam from 0.85mm up to 120mm thick, including multi-layer and laminated constructions up to 5 layers. Density ranges from 15 to 35 kg/m³, in standard white and pink anti-static (ESD) grades.
Yes. Our pink ESD EPE foam is suited for PCBs, displays, hard drives and other static-sensitive components. Custom densities and die-cut inserts are available.
MOQ for EPE foam sheets is 100 kg. We are flexible on trial orders for new clients in Gurgaon, Manesar and across Delhi NCR.
