Yes, and we would encourage it. Seeing raw LDPE resin go in one end and finished foam come out the other is the clearest way to tell an extruder apart from a stockist. Visits are arranged through our sales team.
Yes. Standard MOQs are 50 kg for bubble rolls and 100 kg for EPE sheets, but we are flexible on first orders for local units — with no freight leg to justify, a small trial order is straightforward.
Yes. Our in-house R&D team engineers foam inserts, trays and corner sets from your drawings or a sample part, cut on our own hydraulic punch presses. A working prototype is typically ready within 48 hours.
