Jaipur buyers ordering protective packaging usually have two options: a local trader reselling material extruded elsewhere, or a Delhi supplier adding freight and margin. Foamtech is the third — a Rajasthan manufacturer, extruding EPE foam and air bubble film from raw LDPE resin at our own plant roughly 200 km north on NH-48, and supplying Jaipur factory-direct.

Standard sizes are held in stock and dispatch same-day from Bhiwadi. Jaipur consignments run down NH-48, and engineered die-cut work follows 48 to 72 hours of production before dispatch.

We manufacture it. Our extrusion plant is at RIICO Bhiwadi in Alwar district, roughly 200 km from Jaipur, where we convert raw LDPE resin into finished EPE foam and air bubble film on four production lines at around 200 MT a month.
Standard sizes dispatch same-day from Bhiwadi and typically reach Jaipur within the next working day or two, running down NH-48. Custom die-cut orders need 48 to 72 hours of production first.
15 to 35 kg/m³ as standard, with cross-linked grades on request, in thicknesses from 0.85mm to 120mm and constructions up to five laminated layers. Density is set at the extruder, which is why traders generally cannot offer a choice.
