A fitment is foam shaped to the part: a cavity, a cradle or a tray that holds a component still so it cannot rub, knock or shift in transit. We design fitments from your drawing, sample or dimensions, cut them on our own hydraulic punch presses with CNC-made dies, and supply them in volume from our plant in Bhiwadi.
Wrapping a part in foam stops some damage. A fitment stops the movement that causes most of it. When every part sits in its own cavity, nothing touches anything else, the load is spread over the foam instead of a corner, and the pack count is fixed, so the line or the warehouse knows exactly how many parts each layer holds.
That is why fitments are standard for painted panels, machined parts, lamps, instrument clusters and any component that fails inspection for a mark rather than a break.
Cutting is done by hydraulic punching with CNC-made dies, all in our own plant. The result is very close to CNC-cut foam, with the speed and repeatability of punching for volume orders. Thicker fitments are built up by laminating layers, up to 120 mm.
| Option | When to use it |
|---|---|
| White EPE, 15–25 kg/m³ | Light parts, surface protection, interleaving |
| White EPE, 25–35 kg/m³ | Heavier parts and load-bearing cradles |
| Pink anti-static EPE | Electronic assemblies: clusters, ECUs, sensors, boards |
| Laminated EPE (up to 5 layers) | Deep cavities and thick blocks |
| EPE + bubble laminate (4-layer) | Extra dust protection and cushioning on surfaces |
| Foil or HDPE laminate | Moisture-barrier and export packs |
In practice they mean the same thing: foam cut to the shape of a part so it is held in place. "Fitment" is the usual term in Indian automotive and industrial packaging.
We cut by hydraulic punching, using dies that are made on CNC. That gives a finish very close to CNC cutting, and is faster and more consistent for volume orders.
Inserts are cut to ±1 mm. We confirm fit on a prototype before production, so cavities are adjusted to your actual part, not just the drawing.

Yes. We design inserts and trays that fit returnable bins and crates where your customer uses them.
