Foamtech manufactures air bubble film and EPE foam at RIICO Bhiwadi — roughly 55 km up NH-48 from Neemrana, about an hour by road. We supply the Neemrana RIICO estates, the Japanese Investment Zone, Ghiloth, Shahjahanpur and Behror with cushioning that is made, not resold: extruded in-house from raw LDPE resin, converted and die-cut to your part drawings, and dispatched same-day on standard sizes.
Neemrana and Bhiwadi sit on the same industrial spine. Both are nodes of the Khushkhera–Bhiwadi–Neemrana Investment Region (KBNIR), the Rajasthan node of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, and both sit on NH-48. Moving packaging between them is a one-hour road leg, not an inter-state haul — which changes the economics of how you buy it.

Neemrana’s industrial base skews towards precision assembly and export — Japanese-affiliated auto component plants, electronics and ESDM units around Ghiloth, and ceramics. That mix drives a different packaging brief from a general engineering estate: tighter tolerances, anti-static requirements, and packs that have to survive an export journey.
Every line is extruded and converted at our own Bhiwadi plant — nothing is bought in and rebadged.

Standard sizes dispatch same-day from our Bhiwadi plant, roughly 55 km away on NH-48, and typically reach Neemrana on the next working day. Custom die-cut orders need 48–72 hours of production before dispatch.
Yes. The zone sits on our regular NH-48 delivery route. It runs to around 1,167 acres and hosts more than 45 Japanese manufacturers, largely precision auto components and engineered assemblies — work that typically calls for die-cut EPE inserts and anti-static foam rather than general-purpose wrap.
Yes. We extrude pink anti-static (ESD) EPE foam in densities from 15 to 35 kg/m³, in sheets, pouches and die-cut inserts. Ghiloth was developed as a ceramics and ESDM zone, and ESD-safe cushioning is usually a specification requirement for that work.
50 kg for air bubble rolls, 100 kg for EPE foam sheets, 1000 pcs for bubble bags and foam pouches. We are flexible on smaller trial quantities for new accounts — the short delivery leg makes small orders practical.
Yes. We engineer lightweight airworthy packs from foam densities as low as 15 kg/m³ to reduce chargeable dimensional weight on air freight. Polymer foam also avoids the ISPM-15 heat-treatment and fumigation paperwork that wooden crates require at customs.
Yes. Our factory is at E 926, Phase III, RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi — about an hour from Neemrana. Extrusion, lamination, hydraulic punching and the QC lab are all on one site, and visits can be scheduled through our sales team.
