Inside the plant
Every roll, sheet and pouch we sell is made under one roof in Bhiwadi, from raw resin to finished packaging. The plant runs four production lines on Korean extrusion machinery, with no CFCs used in production.
Our design team works in the same plant as the lines. When a customer sends a drawing or a sample part, we design the pack, make the tooling and produce a prototype within 48 hours. Our quality lab checks each batch before it is released, so the foam that arrives at your line matches the specification you approved.
