Garg Foamtech Private Limited has made protective packaging since 2005. We extrude EPE foam and air bubble film from raw resin at our own plant in RIICO Bhiwadi, and turn it into sheets, rolls, pouches, profiles and die-cut inserts for automotive and industrial manufacturers across north India.
Many packaging suppliers buy foam and bubble film from someone else and resell it. We make ours. Raw LDPE resin goes into our extrusion lines in Bhiwadi and comes out as finished foam and film, which we then laminate, cut, punch, print and pack in the same plant.
That matters to our customers in practical ways: we can set density and thickness to the job, change a design within days, and stand behind the quality of every batch because we control every step that made it.
Most of our work is for automotive manufacturers and their suppliers. We are the official packaging designer for the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturers, and have designed protective packaging for Harley-Davidson. That work sets the standard the rest of the plant runs to: packs designed to the part, approved by the customer and supplied week after week.
