EPE foam rolls are the everyday workhorse of protective packaging: wrapped around a part, laid between layers, or cut on the line to whatever size the job needs. We extrude our rolls from raw resin at our own plant in Bhiwadi, so thickness, density and width are set to your use, not to whatever a trader has in stock.
Rolls suit high-volume wrapping and interleaving, where your team cuts foam to length on the line. Sheets suit fixed sizes and thicker material. Thin gauges are supplied as rolls; heavier sections come as sheets (standard 1 m × 2 m) or laminated blocks. See EPE foam sheets.

Every roll is extruded on our own lines, then slit, laminated and printed in the same plant, and batches are tested for density, tensile strength and dimensional accuracy before dispatch. We deliver on our own vehicles: same day around Bhiwadi, next day across Delhi NCR.
Thin gauges from 0.85 mm are supplied as rolls. Thicker material is supplied as sheets or laminated blocks, up to 120 mm.
