Component suppliers are judged at the OEM's receiving dock. A part that arrives marked, mixed up or in the wrong count is a problem for the supplier, not the transporter. We design packaging around the part and the OEM's line: fitted inserts, trays with fixed counts and returnable-ready designs, made and delivered from our plant in Bhiwadi.
| Component type | Packaging |
|---|---|
| Castings, forgings, machined parts | High-density EPE separators and fitments |
| Plastic trims and moulded parts | Soft EPE interleaving; cavity trays |
| Lamps, mirrors, glass | Fitments holding each unit off hard surfaces |
| Electronic parts: ECUs, sensors, clusters | Pink anti-static trays |
| Rubber and sealing parts | EPE pouches and separators |
| Kits and small parts | Compartmented trays with fixed counts |
The cheapest packaging per kilo is rarely the cheapest per good part delivered. A fitted tray that holds more parts per carton, unpacks faster and removes transit rejections usually costs less overall. We work out the pack around cost per part, not just foam price.
Send a drawing or sample part. We design the pack and cut a prototype within 48 hours, refine it with you, then run a pilot batch on production tooling before scheduled supply. Fitments are cut on our hydraulic punch presses with CNC-made dies, and every stage, from extrusion to printing, is in our own plant. See EPE foam fitments.
