IMT Kharkhoda is now home to Maruti Suzuki’s newest vehicle plant and an integrated supplier park that is still filling up. Tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers setting up there need protective packaging that is engineered to the part, approved quickly and revised just as quickly. Foamtech designs and manufactures EPE foam inserts, die-cut trays and bubble packs at our own plant in Bhiwadi, on the same KMP Expressway corridor.
A new plant and supplier park means new part numbers, new line-side layouts and pack specifications that change several times before they settle. The packaging supplier that works best in that phase is one that controls its own material and tooling, and is close enough to turn a revision around in days.

Our plant at RIICO Bhiwadi connects to Kharkhoda along the KMP Expressway, the same route that serves the Manesar auto cluster. Standard material is held in stock; engineered inserts follow approval of the prototype.

Engineered packaging is the core of our automotive work: EPE foam inserts, die-cut trays and fitments designed from your part drawings or a physical sample, with a working prototype inside 48 hours. Typical parts include painted and plated components, instrument clusters, lamps, trims, machined engine and transmission parts, and small-part kits.
That is where a nearby manufacturer helps most. Pack designs usually change during a ramp-up as volumes, part revisions and line-side requirements settle. Because we extrude and convert in-house, revised tooling and samples come back in days rather than weeks.
We produce pink anti-static EPE foam for electronic assemblies such as instrument clusters, ECUs and sensors, alongside standard white EPE for non-sensitive parts.
Standard EPE sheet starts at 100 kg and bubble film at 50 kg. Custom die-cut inserts are quoted per programme on part geometry and monthly volume. Our plant runs roughly 200 MT a month, so series-production volumes are routine rather than a stretch.
