Packaging for Two-Wheeler Parts

Two-wheeler parts are sold on their finish. A fuel tank, a side panel or a chrome silencer that arrives with a scuff is a rejected part, however well it works. We are the official packaging designer for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturers, and design EPE fitments, sleeves and trays that keep those surfaces untouched from supplier to assembly line.

Line-Side Supply and Spare Parts

Parts travel two ways. Line-side supply from component makers to the assembly plant needs fixed pack counts, quick unpacking and often returnable packaging. Spare parts going to dealers travel further, get handled more, and are packed one at a time. We design for both: multi-part trays and returnable-ready inserts for the line, and individual pouches and fitted packs for the spare-parts network.
