The Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh belt is one of India's largest pharma manufacturing hubs, alongside FMCG, personal care, electrical and packaging-machinery units. Pharma and healthcare goods need packaging that is clean, low-dust and consistent batch after batch: glass vials and bottles must not break, instruments must not scratch, and nothing should shed particles into a controlled area. We manufacture EPE foam and air bubble packaging at our own plant in Bhiwadi and supply Baddi units directly.

Our plant in RIICO Bhiwadi is about 370 km by road from Baddi-Nalagarh. The route runs up the KMP Expressway and NH-44 to Zirakpur and Pinjore, then into the Baddi–Barotiwala–Nalagarh belt.

EPE is a clean, closed-cell polyethylene foam that does not shed fibres or absorb moisture, which is why it is widely used for vial trays, dividers and inserts. Your own QA team should approve the material for your product.
