No chlorofluorocarbons are used in our foaming process. All EPE foam is 100% recyclable and meets RoHS Directive requirements for restricted hazardous substances.

Single-layer sheets cover 0.85 mm to 30 mm, and multi-layer laminated construction extends up to 120 mm in 5-ply. Custom intermediate thicknesses are also available on request.
Yes. We produce pink anti-static EPE foam sheets that dissipate static electricity, making them safe for packing PCBs, semiconductors, and sensitive electronic components. The pink colour indicates the presence of an anti-static additive compounded directly into the LDPE resin during extrusion — it is not a surface coating.
The MOQ for standard white EPE foam sheets is 100 kg. For pink anti-static ESD foam and custom multi-layer laminated sheets the MOQ may vary. Please contact us with your specification and we will advise the exact MOQ and lead time.
