Foamtech India — formally incorporated as Garg Foamtech Private Limited — was founded in 2006 in the heart of Bhiwadi's industrial belt, Rajasthan. What began as a modest EPE foam processing unit with a single production line has grown into one of North India's foremost protective packaging manufacturers.

Over 18 years we have continuously invested in equipment, capacity, and engineering talent. Today our 50,000+ sq ft facility houses four dedicated production lines capable of producing 200 metric tonnes of high-performance packaging every month — from standard air bubble rolls to precision-engineered multi-layer EPE foam fitments.

Our client roster spans electronics OEMs, tier-1 automotive suppliers, export houses, and fast-growing ecommerce brands. We are proud to be the official packaging designer and supplier for some of the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturers operating out of the Delhi NCR-Rajasthan corridor.

Korean Machinery

Our production lines are equipped with imported Korean EPE extrusion and forming equipment — delivering tighter thickness tolerances, consistent bead fusion, and superior surface finish versus domestic alternatives.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM for standard stocked products are dispatched the same day. Our Bhiwadi location puts Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Neemrana, and Bawal manufacturing hubs within a 2-hour delivery window.

CFC-Free Manufacturing

All EPE foam and air bubble products are manufactured without chlorofluorocarbons. Our process is 100% CFC-free and all foam is fully recyclable — meeting export compliance and RoHS standards.

2006

Founded in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Garg Foamtech Private Limited was established in the Bhiwadi industrial area with a single EPE foam extrusion line. Our founding vision: deliver packaging quality that small and mid-size manufacturers could afford without compromise.

2010

First OEM Partnership

Secured our first official OEM packaging design and supply contract with a major two-wheeler manufacturer. This relationship validated our engineering capabilities and set the standard for all future OEM engagements.

2014

Expanded to 4 Production Lines

Completed a major facility expansion, bringing total production lines to four and adding hydraulic punching and profile-cutting capabilities. Monthly output capacity crossed 80 MT for the first time.

2018

Crossed 100+ Client Milestone

Reached a landmark of over 100 active manufacturing clients across electronics, automotive, ecommerce, and export sectors. Our same-day dispatch capability in Delhi NCR became a key competitive differentiator during this period.

2022

Achieved 200 MT Monthly Capacity

Following sustained demand growth, our facility achieved a monthly production capacity of 200 metric tonnes — covering air bubble rolls, EPE foam sheets, custom pouches, profiles, and multi-layer fitments across all product categories.

2024

Launched Advanced Multi-Layer Foam Production

Commissioned a next-generation multi-layer EPE foam line capable of co-extruding composite foam structures with variable density profiles. This capability enables us to serve higher-spec electronics and precision instruments packaging that requires layered cushioning performance.
